Community Watershed Project, Madhapur was a National Agro Foundation (NAF) project carried out in partnership with Novartis Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri, Telangana, from 2022 to 2025. Among the results recorded under NAF's Agri Division: 75 Front Line Demonstrations on SRI and lean farming technologies; and soil testing and counselling for 475 farmers. It is one of 19 completed Agri Division projects.

About this project
The project is part of NAF’s Agri Division. Demonstrations, soil health cards, fodder and green-manure kits, training and animal health camps: the farm-level work that turns water security into better harvests.
