Community Watershed Project, Madhapur was a National Agro Foundation (NAF) project carried out in partnership with Novartis Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri, Telangana, from 2022 to 2025. Among the results recorded under NAF's Watershed Division: 1,17,437 cubic metres of waterbody excavation, exceeding the target of 71,650; and 6,480 running metres of embankment strengthened and 2,612 sq. m of stone pitching completed. It is one of 23 completed Watershed Division projects.

About this project
Water conservation, natural resource management, lean farming, and training and capacity building.
The project is part of NAF’s Watershed Division. Rejuvenated lakes and ponds, check dams, canal lining and recharge structures across Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Haryana, each one leaving a village with more water than it began with.
